This website is run by Orange Lease, 57 Triq Turu Rizzo, Gżira GZR 1641, Malta. We are responsible for the personal details you send us through this website.

When you fill in our enquiry form, we collect:

- your email address
- your phone number
- whether you’re enquiring for a business or personal lease
3.How we use it
We only use these details to get in touch with you about your enquiry. We don’t use them for marketing, and we never sell them or pass them on to anyone else to contact you.
We process your details because you asked us to contact you, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.
4.How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only for as long as we need it to deal with it, and then delete it. If you become a customer, your details are kept for as long as we need them to provide your lease.
5.Keeping it safe
Your details are sent over a secure connection and are only seen by the people at Orange Lease who answer enquiries, and by the companies that host our website and email, who may not use them for anything else.
6.Your rights
You can ask us to:
- see the details we hold about you
- correct them
- delete them
- stop contacting you
Contact us and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can also complain to Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner at idpc.org.mt.
